What you'll do
- You are responsible for your own customer portfolio and take on the long-term care for a sustainable, trusting, and successful business relationship.
- You use your talent to detect cross- and upsell opportunitities, take over the ownership for renewal processes and you always have the right solutions at hand for your customers.
- You have an open ear for individual customer requirements and use them as an opportunity to intensify the business relationship.
- You convince our existing customers with your open, communicative personality, whereby you contact customers proactively.
- You take on projects of various sizes and handle them independently.
- In the event of complaints, you work on a solution together with the customer.
- You work closely with colleagues from other technical departments and sales.
What you'll need
- You have successfully completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related fields and have relevant work experience within a customer facing role, ideally with a technical background.
- You have first experience with a solution-oriented sales approach.
- You have worked with Enterprise organizations and managed to develop VP and higher relationships.
- Industry experience with Finance, Insurance and Healthcare verticals is a plus.
- Ideally, you have gained initial professional experience in the IT/ software environment or process optimization and would like to develop further in the direction of account management/sales.
- You work diligently through any customer issues until resolved.
- You bring a strong business acumen and a customer-oriented way of thinking.
- You easily adapt to the sometimes-complex requirements of the respective customers while maintaining the balance between customer wishes and profitability.
- You come with strong communication skills to interact with customers and with internal organizations.
