As a result of this, they're looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join their account retention team.The CS team, who are based in Miami, Florida, offer a white glove service to their clients, so you will be looking after a small number of accounts which means you can really understand the challenges and pinch points of each customer.This role is a typical Customer Success role where you will be tasked with building deeper relationships with your clients, growing out the use and adoption of the products, and increasing the spend of each client to achieve your targets.The ideal candidate will have a law degree, be in a CS role, and be based in Miami.
