Example of Duties:
+ Provide front-line customer service and multi-tasking functions that may include: greeting visitors and callers, answering questions about licenses and related fees, along with accessing the relevant rules and regulations.
+ Perform a variety of office support functions such as generating labels, forms, and routine letters; verifying completeness of applications and forms; maintaining record systems.
+ Process permits, licenses and registrations for customers
+ Respond in writing to requests for pertinent program information.
+ Process mail and distribute, prepare Certified Mail and packages.
+ Upload documents into application portal
+ Assist customers via in person, phone, email, and mail
+ Mail out fingerprint cards
+ Input data from fingerprint cards received
+ Input results and send reports to licensure team
+ Follow confidential records management and distribution of documents
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Experience monitoring a records system to identify and correct errors.
+ Experience researching a variety of sources to resolve problems.
+ Experience interpreting, explaining and applying regulations, laws, or complex policies to carry out assignments.
+ Experience entering and retrieving data using a computerized records system.
Minimum Qualification Specialty:
+ Experience using word processing software to create and modify documents.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Fluency in speaking Spanish and English
