Job Overview

As a Customer Success Specialist/Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations and processes, preparing you for future roles in logistics industry. H1B sponsorship is available for qualified employees.

Responsibilities

  • Serve for Customer Success Team, working with different logistics departments and functions to familiarize yourself with the company's logistics operations and processes.
  • Learn and master key areas of logistics, such as logistics planning, B2B customer service, supply chain management, warehousing, and transportation.
  • Assist the logistics team in daily operational activities, including order processing, cargo tracking, and transportation coordination.
  • Participate in logistics project management, including supply chain optimization, cost control, and transportation efficiency improvement.
  • Support senior management in strategic planning, business development, and performance evaluation.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Build and maintain cooperative relationships with team members, suppliers, and customers.
  • Provide innovative suggestions and improvements to enhance logistics process efficiency and business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate of the class of 2024, holding a bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain or related field.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong team spirit and leadership potential.
  • A keen interest in the logistics industry and supply chain management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with flexibility and
  • adaptability.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and report writing is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
