YOUR ROLE:

As a Customer Success Specialist at Roger's Plumbing, your day begins with the energetic ring of inbound calls from clients, each a chance to make a difference. With your exceptional phone skills, you build rapport as you listen to their plumbing concerns, schedule their appointments, and dispatch technicians with precision.
