Training and Development:a. Participate in a structured training program in 1 of the mentioned roles of the business, which includes Tech Support, Demand Generation and Customer Success.b. Gain hands-on experience through project assignments and Skill placements.2. Team Collaboration:a. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.b. Participate in team meetings, provide input, and contribute to problem-solving.Tech Support Training: Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer issues, escalate complex problems to higher- level support when necessary, and ensure follow-up until resolution. Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently. Support Ticket Management: Manage and prioritise support tickets to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.Demand Generation: Support the development of content for marketing campaigns, including blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials. Assist in the planning and execution of demand generation campaigns across various channels (email, social media, paid media). Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Customer Success: Collaboration with internal teams on the requirements for their customers. Closely work with the CSMs on the assigned accounts. Be proactive in tracking the status of tickets, issues and overall utilisation of the platform by the customers.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. (Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.) Strong academic record and demonstrated leadership potential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Adaptability and willingness to learn new concepts and skills.
