  • Data entry - must be able to transcript English handwritten documents into a computer system.
  • Data cleansing, reviewing, and matching client in Excel and other tools.
  • Salesforce Chat Customer Support, answering questions from our Chat portal, providing training guides and assistance with escalated issues.
  • Communicating effectively with your team and leadership regarding task execution, status, and delivery.
To be successful in your role, it is important that you have...
  • 1-3 years' experience in data entry, cleanse, review, and matching.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, advanced skills in Excel Spreadsheets
  • Graduate in any stream with good experience.
  • The ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Experience with Data Cleanse/Data Review/Data Matching
