Responsibilities
Responsibilities include PO review, quality order entry into our ERP system, including order confirmations and the coordination of ship dates with production.
- Provide prompt and accurate follow up to customer inquiries via email, phone or chat.
- Support the sales team through quoting, processing orders, and acting as the point of contact for customers
- Answer questions and deliver support to customer with varying degrees of product knowledge and be able to demonstrate ability to quickly learn our products to aid customer in product selections.
- Update and maintain customer accounts and department interfaces using Salesforce.com CRM and Infor XA ERP systems.
- Manage orders and updates in the system, which includes auditing orders received for availability and informing customers of lead times, anticipated delays, and additional information required by customer
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and RMA requests ; problem resolution.
- Ability to reference technical manuals and engineering documentation for troubleshooting customer problems
- Ability to effectively communicate in a cross functional environment, active participant in all cross functional teams and meetings.
