Hybrid onsite days each week: TUE and THU

Description:

  • Processing a high volume of order exceptions, transactions, and refunds while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Responsibilities also involve acting as a liaison across multiple functional groups to help investigate and resolve issues escalated from various business units and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • The role requires end-to-end troubleshooting and resolution of customer order, billing, or refund inquiries in collaboration with relevant departments according to defined Service Level Agreements.
  • Additionally, the specialist proactively assists peers with workload and identifies potential issues for resolution through appropriate channels.
  • Key qualifications for this role include strong interpersonal skills, effective written and verbal communication abilities, capability to support multiple core processes or functional areas, adeptness at leveraging appropriate technology, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills:

  • 2 years of processing a high volume of order exceptions, transactions, and refunds
  • 2 years of customer services
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
