As an AOG Customer Support Representative here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers during Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of parts and services to get the aircraft back in service as quickly as possible. You will report directly to our Customer Support Manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the customer experience by providing prompt and effective support during AOG situations, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
