Customer Support Representative - Photodon LLC : Job Details

Photodon is a locally owned small business based in Traverse City that specializes in manufacturing screen protectors, privacy filters, monitor hoods, and more. Established in 2000, Photodon's custom and scalable manufacturing capabilities allow us to serve a wide variety of customers and industries.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated customer service professional to support our goals and growth. As the first point of contact for our customers, the customer support representative will be responsible for guiding customer success from initial to after-sales support. They will also play a key role in product management and quality assurance.

Job Description:

• Engage with customers through emails, live chats, and phone calls
• Evaluate and qualify new customers based on sales potential
• Support ongoing sales, marketing, and product management projects
• Process orders accurately and timely
• Develop and maintain expertise of Photodon's product line, processes, and capabilities
• Manage records of new product additions and assist with design confirmation process
• Identify potential improvements to products or processes
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Excellent track record of customer service or sales proficiency
• Experience with ERP or order management software, Microsoft Suite
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Associates degree or higher preferred
• Reliable transportation to meet our attendance requirements (40hrs a week, M-F 8:30-5:00)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Type accurately and efficiently
• Basic computer knowledge and skills
• Good special reasoning skills and working knowledge of dimensional measurement in metric and US Standard
• Detail oriented and be able to manage time and priorities across multiple tasks
• Willing to learn new things and take direction from others
• Creative problem solving
