With IMGING, inspection professionals use smartphones and automated drones to digitize a property or structure and analyze it, with the help of deep learning and computer vision, giving them the clarity to act quickly and confidently. This is a unique opportunity to work with some of the coolest technology around along with a proven management team. The Customer Support Representative is responsible for providing world-class customer service to our professional users. This includes answering questions about our software and capabilities, assisting with basic troubleshooting of issues that may arise, along with proactive outreach to our customers to ensure satisfaction of the product. You will do this by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of the company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with our sales and development departments. The right candidate for this position will be professional, detail-oriented, a problem-solver, and inclined to learn new procedures quickly. Job Responsibilities:
  • Support customers with use of company-built app and software through inbound calls
  • Assist customers with questions about the software
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and client issues
  • Help maintain process of current internal projects
  • Build sustainable customer relationships and trust through interactive communication
  • Help retain customers through strong listening and critical thinking skills -show the customer you are willing to go the extra mile.
  • Communicate effectively between customer, sales, and development to help improve our platform
  • Periodic outbound calls and monthly emails to existing customers to promote positive customer relationships and ensure satisfaction with our product
  • Assistance with projects when necessary
  • Gain a strong understanding of P&C Insurance, Roofing, and Solar operations
  • Learn and confidently navigate through company software/products in order to help customers navigate challenges
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years call center experience
  • Skillful with computers (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, website navigation)
  • Requires basic software knowledge and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
  • Highly organized approach and strong project management skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • An interest in drones and flying drones is a plus
