Job Title: Customer Support SpecialistPosition Type: Contract, 40 hours per weekLocation: Bellevue, WARate: $25-32/hrJob ID#: #140583

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to seller inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to inventory, shipments, orders, and account health.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information to sellers regarding FBT policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve systemic issues.
  • Document interactions and resolutions in the support system.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments.
  • Maintain a high level of seller satisfaction by ensuring quick and effective resolution of issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in an e-commerce or logistics environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with seller platforms and services is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with learning new software tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
