We are looking to grow our Customer Success and Support team to further driver customer satisfaction and contribute to shaping the future of our company.

Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality support to customers; address inquiries, resolve issues promptly and effectively, and educate customers on usage and value of our solutions

* Work closely with Customer Success, Risk, and the technical teams to ensure exceptional customer experience

* Be a customer advocate while capturing customer feedback and providing continuous feedback to the Product team

* Continuously improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our support processes

* Update and maintain the CRM with relevant account details

Requirements

* Mandatory: Bachelor's degree, native English, experience or education in Financial Services or Fintech.

* Mandatory: 2-4 years of experience in Customer Support or Customer Success roles, and with a track record of success.

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment as part of an international team.

* Well-organized, with high attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

* Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Intercom, email softwares, and SMS communication platforms.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Passion for technology and a commitment to helping customers achieve success and growth.
