4-month initial contract
Duties:
-Responsible for working with the commercial team to support processing orders in a timely and accurate manner.
-Update and maintain sales data and information within the appropriate software systems
-Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a timely manner through effective communication and responsiveness for customers, both internal and external.
-Contribute to the development of the ordering process to ensure an excellent customer experience.
-Develop basic product knowledge and a strong understanding of the shipping requirements by building a strong relationship with shipping and logistics.
-Follow the procedures set down in the SOP's for accurate and timely entry of all orders.
-Work as part of a team and adopt a flexible approach to increase and maintain the quality of service.
-Undertakes relevant project work and additional responsibilities as appropriate and agreed with the Head of Customer Services.
Skills:
-Previous experience within a customer service role with proven ability to prioritize effectively.
-Previous experience working within the life science industry highly desirable, but not required.
-Outstanding listening, verbal and written communication skills required.
-Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate in a cross-functional, cross-country team environment.
-Experience working with a customer relationship management system desirable.
