Salary: $52,000 - $58,000 per year

JOB DESCRIPTION

A small town, family owned insurance company is seeking to add a skilled Client Support Specialist to their growing team. This role will be fully on site in Cross Plains, WI Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Manage a book of existing commercial lines policies and clients, re-market the policies when appropriate. - Process changes to, reinstatement of, and cancellation of insurance policies. - Duties include reviewing insurance applications to ensure that all questions have been answered, compiling data on insurance policy changes, changing policy records to conform to insured party's specifications, compiling data on lapsed insurance policies to determine automatic reinstatement according to company policies, canceling insurance policies as requested by agents, and verifying the accuracy of insurance company records.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- High School Diploma - or the equivalent (for example, GED) - Strong interpersonal communication skills and customer service experience

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Experience in the insurance industry
