Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Travel Coordinator to join a reputable client's team. This position involves providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

• Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
• Answering guest inquiries and providing accurate information about services and facilities.
• Handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Managing reservations, cancellations, and modifications with attention to detail.
• Addressing and resolving guest complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local attractions and services to assist guests effectively.
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed to support the front desk operations.

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist others.

• Pay: $20-$22/hr
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 9 AM-5:30 PM
• Location: 100% onsite
