JOB REQUIREMENTS: Customization / Material Handler 1st Shift - 51626 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Johnsonville, LLC Customization / Material Handler Pay Range: \$23.08/hr - \$ 23.55/hr + \$.60/hr upon completion of training Hours: 5:00am - 1:30pm, Monday-Friday (Overtime as production demands) Position Overview: The Customization team works with various members, as needed, from other areas of Johnsonville to customize product (code dating, sleeving, banding, etc.) for several domestic and International customers. Skills and Competencies: * Strong communication skills * SAP, Excel and Microsoft word computer skills required * Strong math skills * Ability to problem solve and resolve issues in a timely manner * Good organizational skills * Previous experience utilizing a forklift or pallet jack is required. * Ability to learn and work on the customization production line to consistently maintain/improve efficiencies. * Ability to learn how to operate labelaire, case taper, case labeler, and banding machine * Experienced forklift operation and ability to obtain forklift certification * Consistently meet customers\' needs and expectations * Take ownership of own and other Members\' safety * Able to lift 30 lbs.
