Job Title: Customs Entry WriterCompany/Industry: NVOCCLocation: NY, NY (near Times Square)Salary: $55-70K/yr Commensurate with experience + benefitsPosition type: Direct Hire, FT On-siteRequirements:•Entry writing experience and familiarity with U.S. Customs regulations and FDA is a mustDuties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):•Prepares customs entries for all import shipments to be submitted to and released from U.S. Customs in a timely manner.•Ensures that all entries are properly classified•Creates invoices for duty and entry charges to be sent to the Billing Department.•Develops and maintains customer profiles based on the customer's shipment history.•Coordinates with customers to classify new commodities according to HTS.•Answers any Brokerage related inquiries internally and externally.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 Per Year
