Join a forward-thinking organization that values your expertise and commitment to exceptional patient care.Job specificationCandidate requirementsJob specification* Provide advanced nursing care for critically ill cardiovascular patients, including those recovering from cardiac surgery, heart failure, and other cardiac conditions.* Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and assist with life-saving interventions as necessary.* Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.* Utilize advanced technology and equipment to monitor patients' heart function and manage complex cardiovascular devices, such as ventilators, intra-aortic balloon pumps, and ECMO.Candidate requirements* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Advanced degree (MSN) preferred.* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.* Minimum of 2 years of recent CVICU or ICU experience in an acute care setting.* Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications are required.* Strong clinical skills in managing critical care patients with complex cardiovascular conditions.Why work with us?Thank you for considering Verovian Nursing Agency for your career journey.
