Position - Cyber Security Analyst Location - Fort Worth TX Fulltime Job Summary In this capacity, you will provide hands-on, technical security leadership to our team dedicated to advancing collaboration in digital engineering and model-based enterprise technologies. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self-driven professional with expertise in utilizing DevSecOps within a continuous delivery environment, capable of contributing to innovative solutions, and guiding the cybersecurity strategy for the FLRAA Digital Systems teams. Responsibilities as a Cyber Security Analyst •Develop comprehensive security plans and compliance documentation: Ensure alignment with program, regulatory, and enterprise requirements. •Collaborate with Agile development teams: Implement robust security and compliance controls. •Design and implement proactive monitoring systems: Continuously oversee application security. •Enhance the DevSecOps framework: Support secure software development and delivery processes. •rchitect cybersecurity and risk management strategies: Address all facets of software development, deployment, and operations within a cloud-first application environment. •Disseminate cyber vision and knowledge: Empower team members for proactive delivery. •Provide hands-on support: Assist with incident response and troubleshooting efforts. •Maintain collaborative relationships: Work closely with Bell customers and internal business units. •Partner with internal teams: Coordinate with Product Cybersecurity, Contracts, Legal, and IT teams. •Engage with industry peers and governing bodies: Sustain professional relationships under the CMMC initiative. Qualifications •Must possess the capability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance. •Onsite presence is mandatory. •Potential for transition from temporary to permanent position. Requirements: •minimum of 4 years of experience in Enterprise Cyber Security and IT within organizations that have a complex enterprise technical environment, comprising a blend of custom, off-the-shelf, and hybrid applications utilizing various platforms and technologies. •Extensive knowledge of DFARS NIST 800-171 and 800-53 frameworks. •Proven experience in obtaining Authority to Operate (ATO) within the Risk Management Framework (RMF). •bility to interpret and communicate security policies, procedures, and technical requirements effectively. •Proficiency in Shell scripting, PowerShell, or Python for task automation. •Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing a team during incident response situations. •Strong verbal and written communication skills. •Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and prioritization skills. •Experience in working within an Agile project environment. •CISSP certification or other equivalent DoD-required Cyber Security certifications, or other relevant Cybersecurity certifications. •Eligibility to obtain a US Government Security Clearance, CJ#. Education: •Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience, with a preference for a technical degree. •Related degrees with relevant experience will be considered.
