Cybersecurity Advisor (SECRET clearance required) - Piper Companies : Job Details

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Cybersecurity Advisor for a long term role supporting international cybersecurity initiatives for a US Federal agency. This position requires an active Secret clearance, and ability to be on site in DC 3 days/week. Responsibilities: •Develop and manage engagement and business strategy for cybersecurity critical infrastructure and threat intelligence•Support mission specific cyber efforts for various reginal levels in Europe/Eurasia•Liaise with European leadership to review/analyze/recommend updates to cybersecurity assessments•Interpret and develop cybersecurity policy according to RMF, NIST, FISMA, and international standards such as GDPR, ISO, etc.•Support full ATO assessments, analyze selected controls, make recommendations and perform gap analysis•Support both government and civilian areas, particularly energy and infrastructure sectors•Perform new market analysis and business development for new innovation, leading strategic partnerships across various hubs Requirements: •Active SECRET Clearance•Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or related field•Relevant cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+, etc.)•Expert knowledge of cybersecurity standards including RMF, NIST, FISMA, FIPS, ISO, GDPR, etc.•Ability to present and translate technical information to non-technical leadership•Blend of experience in both government and commercial cybersecurity environments•Expert knowledge of current IT tools and platforms, networks, mobility, cloud solutions, etc.•Must be on site 3 days a week in Washington, DC Compensation: •$140,000-170,000 annual salary *depending on experience•Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays#LI-CW2 #LI-HYBRID
