Cybersecurity Training Specialist

Hybrid Location: 3 days remote / 2 days in DC

Responsibilities

• Developing, maintaining, and administrating cybersecurity awareness and training programs to ensure compliance with Federal requirements.
• Perform the tasks to include the following associated with the “Cybersecurity Awareness Training Program”.
• Developing and managing an effective cybersecurity awareness training program. In person training shall be delivered when requested.
• Developing and managing the Bureau's cybersecurity awareness training program to include role-based (specified), Annual cyber awareness training, Phishing and other social engineering training and ad-hoc based training.
• Track, analyze and trend user's compliance with cybersecurity training to include role-based training, social engineering training annual awareness training and ad-hoc training
• Conduct monthly and ad-hoc social engineering stimulated exercises to include phishing test, generate and analyze reports based on the exercises.
• Review customers cybersecurity training program identified gaps and recommend remediation steps.

Basic Qualifications:

• Assesses, designs, and conceptualizes training scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools, aids, and curriculums. Develops and revises training courses.
• Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, IT, or related discipline
• with 3 or more years of experience as a cybersecurity expert with training experience
