A Snapshot of Your Day
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cycle Count Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cycle counting process to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
How You'll Make an Impact
* Supervise and coordinate the cycle counting process to ensure accurate inventory records.
* Develop and implement cycle count schedules and procedures.
* Analyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
* Train and mentor cycle count team members.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve inventory issues.
* Prepare and present inventory reports to management. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
What You Bring (requirements)
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3- 5 years' experience as Logistics Supervisor or similar role
* Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role.
* Proficiency in SAP Warehouse Management and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to lead a team and drive results.
