  • Position: Cycle Counter

  • Shift: Monday –; Friday 06:00AM –; 02:00PM

  • Pay: $18.75 per hour

  • Additional Incentives: N/A

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also have the following skills:

  • Working knowledge of warehouse management system equipment and basic warehouse familiarity.

  • Inventory management procedures and duties include adjusting inventory as necessary to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged products.

  • Ability to make decisions that rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the job, effectively communicating verbally and in writing with associates and/or customers.

  • Ability to work productively and positively within a dynamic team environment.

  • Ability to set priorities and be able to multi-task with conflicting priorities.

  • Ability to perform other duties as assigned by management.

Role Purpose:

Responsible for the periodic and accurate counting of inventory to help control errors and will ensure that customer orders are on time and complete

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the accurate checking or counting of all product for both inbound and outbound freight and for ensuring all product is free of damage and infestation and production code dates are properly recorded.
  • Ensure the quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing of orders corresponds to customer specifications and/or other requirements.
  • Research all inventory location problems (mystery pallets, inventory errors, etc.).
  • Research shipping errors and complete validation. Check for product recalls.
  • Responsible for any areas (including inbounds, picking, outbounds, etc.) requiring additional lift operator-related task assistance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
  • 6 months warehousing/material handling experience, preferred
