Dairy Technician - THE SCHARINE GROUP : Job Details

The Scharine Group Inc.is looking for Dairy Technicians to serve our southern WI and Northern IL. trade areas. Our primary office is 10mi. east of Janesville but we also have locations in Mt. Horeb & Monroe.

Qualified techs are provided service vehicles to take home and are frequently dispatched from their home.

We prefer to have employees spread around our trade area for the convenience of our customers and service logistics. The Dairy industry is becoming more and more technologically advanced but still requires “hands on” tradesmen that understand electrical, plumbing, pneumatic and hydraulic basics. A Scharine's technician should have the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose service issues.

Training is provided in both class room and “on-farm” work experience.

The position requires an “on-call” responsibility that is shared in a rotation w/numerous technicians.

Some computer skills are needed & organizational skills will be expected.

Compensation is very competitive and will depend on experience and ability.
