Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry and possess a strong work ethic. This role involves responding to emergency situations, performing restoration tasks, and ensuring that properties are cleaned and restored to for the next process. The Restoration Technician will work with various tools and equipment to effectively restore homes and businesses affected by fire, water, mold, or other damages. Responsibilities Perform fire restoration tasks including cleaning soot and smoke damage from surfaces. Conduct mold remediation processes to ensure safe environments for clients. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for restoration projects. Collaborate with team members to build and restore structures as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the restoration process. Communicate with clients regarding the restoration process and provide updates on progress. Document processes as required. Qualifications Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not required. Knowledge of fire restoration techniques and mold remediation practices is a plus. Familiarity with cleaning methods and equipment is beneficial. Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in restoring properties.
