• Develop and implement engaging and challenging lessons in visual arts and dance, aligning with the school's comprehensive arts curriculum.

• Tailor instruction to cater to the diverse needs of students, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Employ various assessment strategies to gauge student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Collaborate proactively with colleagues to enhance and develop instructional practices within the arts department.
