In this role, you will oversee a team of data analysts, ensuring the effective collection, analysis, and interpretation of critical data to drive operational excellence and informed decision-making. If you have a strong background in in-line pipeline inspection data analysis within the oil and gas sector, leadership experience, and a passion for driving innovation, we invite you to apply and be part of our forward-thinking team.This role is on-site at our Vaughan, Ontario location.Position Summary: The Data Analysis Supervisor oversees a regional data analysis staff ensuring on time delivery and highly accurate reports are issued that consistently exceed customer expectations. Demonstrated ability to lead a mid-sized to large team, aligning processes, workflows, deliverables, timeliness, HSE and Quality with internal and customer needs. Performs administrative tasks, such as approving timesheets for assigned group and maintaining vacation records for personnel. Long term focus on scalability and sustainability, in accordance with Entegra's vision for global growth.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day to day activity of regional Data Analysis personnel.
  • Prioritize workload and resources ensuring on time delivery of all reports.
  • Ensure efficient and effective workflow creating scalable systems.
  • Ensure capacity to meet Strategic Growth needs and commitment to Customers.
  • Drive the highest quality reports by ensuring quality checks are in place and personnel are diligently focused on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Lead continuous improvement in identification, location, recognition, classification, sizing, accuracy, and visualization of integrity threats based on field correlation.
  • Attends client performance meetings, seek client feedback on team performance, implement improvements to ensure client requirements and expectations are being met.
  • Understand and drive compliance with API 1163, ASNT ILI-PQ, and POF.
  • Occasionally perform Data Quality Assessments (DQA) and provide reports to clients meeting their required timelines.
  • Performs QA/QC checks when requested to do so for DQAs, Preliminary Final Reports and any other client-based reports that require verification.
  • Aid Sales, Engineering, Project Management and Operations with risk assessments of future ILI surveys regarding the feasibility of Entegra tools to successfully navigate and collect data from a Data Analyst point of view.
  • Assist Operations and Engineering the collection of tool data results for RCA documentation.
  • Assist in standardizing processes and procedures.
  • Assist in training data analysis personnel, enabling progression through defined certification levels.
  • Open Post Action Reports based on identified improvement needs.
  • Review and approve vacation requests & timesheets records.
  • Maintain KPIs and other performance metrics as necessary.
  • Drive complete documentation receipt from Sales at the project planning stage.
  • Assist in the recruiting process.
  • Work closely with other Data Analysis Supervisors, Coordinators, and other Leadership to successfully achieve global objectives.
  • Performs other assigned tasks.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in Engineering, Science or other technical discipline; or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years cumulative, pipeline services or similar industry experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in interpretation of Inline Inspection data.
  • Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude.
  • Advanced proficiency with learning and applying customized and over-the-counter computer software applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver timely, accurate, and complete results.
  • Requires excellent ability to represent the company in a professional manner regarding communicating and interfacing with clients and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
  • Capable of making independent decisions/recommendations which can have immediate or time-dependent consequences associated with pipeline integrity.
  • Requires a strong ability to sustain focus on one or more tasks while avoiding distractions.
  • Willingness to handle repetitive tasks.
  • Requires pattern recognition and spatial thinking skills.
  • Must be customer-focused, have excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of PHMSA Part 192 and 195 regulations, API, NACE and ASME standards and recommended practices is preferred.
