VMware System EngineerEdison, NJJob Description:

• Install, configure, and maintain MID Servers on both Windows and Linux operating systems. •
• Monitor MID Server performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring optimal uptime and performance. •Manage MID Server configurations, including user accounts, permissions, and security settings. •
• Perform MID Server upgrades and patches, ensuring compatibility and stability. •Participate in the planning and implementation of new MID Server deployments. •Operating System Administration: •
• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers hosting MID Servers. •
• Ensure proper system security and access controls. •
• Manage user accounts and permissions on the host systems. •
• Monitor system resources and performance. •Virtualization Management: •Manage MID Servers running on virtual machines (VMs). •
• Ensure proper VM resource allocation and performance. •
• Troubleshoot VM-related issues affecting MID Server performance. •
• ServiceNow Platform Support: •Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators and other IT teams to resolve issues related to MID Servers.
