Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of leveraging advanced analytics to drive financial performance, strategic decision-making, and operational efficiency. This role involves designing predictive models, leading financial analysis initiatives, and providing strategic insights that enhance organizational performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Forecasting Performance Metrics:
- Gather and analyze historical data from previous months and years to forecast future performance.
- Develop predictive models to estimate occupancy rates, revenue projections, and other key performance indicators for upcoming months and years.
Cost of Acquisition Analysis:
- Calculate the cost of acquisition per resident by analyzing expenses versus reimbursements.
- Provide insights into the financial impact of marketing and outreach activities aimed at resident acquisition.
Expense Efficiency Analysis:
- Analyze operational data to identify areas where expenses can be reduced without compromising service quality.
- Detect anomalies in spending patterns and propose actionable solutions to address them.
Reporting and Visualization:
- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to present findings and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and assisted-living management.
- Suggest and implement process improvements based on analytical findings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the healthcare or assisted-living sector.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable format.
