Specifically, the selected candidate will support First 5 Yolo's initiative, Welcome Baby: Road to Resilience (WB:R2R), which provides trauma-informed home visiting support for families in Yolo County. First 5 Yolo is an agency of the County of Yolo whose mission is to assist the community to raise children who are healthy, safe, and ready to learn. Its office is located in Davis, CA, however flexible-hybrid work is available and in-person meeting attendance may be required. This is a single position and at-will appointment that serves at the pleasure of the Executive Director.The Position Under general supervision and working closely with the Systems Integration and Implementation Officer, the incumbent performs a variety of tasks including to support data collection, reporting and analytic work on WB:R2R. Tasks may include more independent, responsible, and varied and complex research and analysis including filtering and cleaning data, creating ad-hoc reports, providing technical assistance, managing project database(s), data entry, developing and implementing data policies, analyzing and interpreting trends, dashboard development and performing administrative support functions including preparing and/or editing documents, presentations, and infographics; and other duties as assigned.This position provides primary support to the Systems Integration and Implementation Officer who is responsible for overseeing the Welcome Baby: Road to Resilience home visiting initiative and data collection and evaluation efforts. - Perform professional administrative and research work of a technical and confidential nature to support WB:R2R data integrity and reporting
- Assist in the development and recommendation of modifications and enhancements to WB:R2R data collection and administrative processes as needed
- Develop and implement data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality for performance reporting and monitoring
- Support WB:R2R program managers and staff in ensuring quality data collection
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Filter and clean data by reviewing raw data, reports, and performance indicators to locate and correct errors
- Conduct quality checks on the completeness and accuracy of data collected
- Compile materials and assist in the preparation of reports, manuals, and other documents
- Other duties as assigned
Employment Standards EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS:Education: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
