Data Analyst - Goodwill : Job Details

Adopt role of resident expert for all data systems relevant to the services team. Maintain a pipeline of research, analysis, activity, and grant metrics (including divisional scorecard performance metrics), and reports that ensure the division is meeting the needs of employers, job market, clients and organization. Function as a consultant to senior leadership about what the data means from a strategic perspective. Produce and maintain activity, performance metrics and outcome reports, including but not limited to the organization's Organization and Divisional Scorecards, Outcome Management Report (OMR), and Monthly Statistical Report (MSR). Continuously assist department leadership, via data and analytics, in evaluating departmental success and recommend changes as needed and required. Attend WFA meetings, take meeting minutes, and track timelines and outcomes of meeting action items. Provide data system training and support to all service provider staff as needed.
