Our small but passionate management team has deep experience in the clinical, marketing, and technology sectors. Position Overview: We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to interpret and analyze complex data sets, providing actionable insights that drive business performance and understanding where our product can be improved. - Analyze large datasets and generate reports that provide insights into business performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations that help stakeholders make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic decision-making as well as understanding how and where we can improve our product.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to define data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Design and implement data collection processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Assist in the development of automated reporting tools and processes for operational efficiency.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in data management.
- Continuously improve data processes and systems to enhance reporting capabilities and business impact.
- Working cross-functional with other teams like Engineering, Marketing, UI/UX designers and other members in order to improve patient engagement based on patterns found in data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Bachelor's + 3 Years or 7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Knowledge of data modeling, data mining, and statistical techniques.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with a diverse set of tools and platforms especially with DOMO.
- Previous experience in Healthcare and/or Telehealth.
- Work with or within Wellness and Health based companies.
- A Graduate's degree (Masters or Ph.D.) in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
