The Role:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for providing actionable insights and maintaining accurate data to drive targeted outreach, track performance, and support strategic market expansion.

What You Get To Do Everyday:

  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for deeper market penetration and targeted outreach.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales performance across market segments.
  • Deliver actionable insights to support strategic sales initiatives and market expansion efforts.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of market segmentation data across systems.
  • Monitor sales targeting efforts and assess their effectiveness using data-driven insights.
  • Establish and maintain customer market segment hierarchies to ensure accurate classification.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to define CPI's roadmap and strategy, monitor operations metrics and KPIs, and provide insight and visibility.
  • Translate business questions and hypotheses into analysis and actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain scalable and self-service visualization tools and storytelling dashboards.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders acting as a strategic and supportive link between technology, business, and product.
  • Perform other position-related duties as assigned.

You Need to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Three years or more of work experience in a data-related position
  • Experience working with Tableau, Power BI, client relationship management (CRM) systems, and SQL
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Ability to interpret market data and identify segment-based sales opportunities
  • Ability to manage complex projects with a problem-solving approach
  • Skilled in presenting complex insights tailored to sales and marketing teams
  • High accuracy in establishing and maintaining complex market hierarchies
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and organize efficiently
  • Accountability for work produced
  • Positive attitude, high-energy
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
