Job Description The Data Analyst is pivotal in supporting our regional sales teams and leaders by providing clear, actionable insights and reporting that directly contribute to the achievement of sales goals. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, digestible reports, empower decision-making, and ensure that the sales leaders have the data they need to hit their targets. - Develop and deliver highly digestible, actionable reports and dashboards that align with regional sales targets and goals.
- Ensure all reports provide clear guidance and insights that drive sales decisions, improving performance and identifying areas for growth.
- Tailor communication and presentation of data to different internal audiences, ensuring clarity and easy consumption
- Leverage modern tools, automation, and analytics platforms to streamline reporting processes, reduce manual work, and improve efficiency
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, and collaborate with technical teams to implement effective solutions that support scalable reporting
- Research and implement cutting-edge technologies to continuously enhance reporting capabilities.
- Partner with regional sales leaders to understand their goals and challenges, ensuring that reporting and insights align with their needs.
- Deliver user-friendly guidance and support for interpreting reports, ensuring teams are equipped to take action based on data.
- Proactively anticipate and address the needs of internal customers, helping sales teams track performance and exceed targets.
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to gather data, uncover trends, and develop comprehensive reports.
- Act as a central point of contact for regional sales leaders, ensuring smooth communication and delivering timely, relevant information.
- Maintain a high level of communication with internal stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of sales objectives and adapting reporting to address evolving needs.
- Provide training and ongoing support for sales teams on how to use reporting tools and interpret data to drive action.
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and engage in regular feedback loops to continuously improve communication and reporting practices.
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of sales performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experience with scripting languages for data analysis or automation.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data visualization best practices.
