Analyze and understand customer data submitted in flat file formats. Parse (transform) data into defined formats. Continuously assess and mitigate risks following consistent best practices. Deliver output that meets client business and technical requirements. Enter and maintain client roster information across multiple systems. Identify, troubleshoot, and contain production issues. Effectively and professionally communicate with colleagues across departments. Estimate the risks, feasibility, and work effort associated with change requests Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Bachelor's degree or higher.
