Data Analytics Coordinator - Metrc LLC : Job Details

GENERAL OVERVIEW In this role, you will oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting processes to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, manage analytical projects, and coordinate the implementation of data-driven solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Core duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Coordinate data analysis efforts across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Primary contact to customers, will be responsible for managing customer requests, and follow ups by working with Data team and partnering cross functionally with internal teams.
• Provide proactive insights from Metrc Insights Data Analytics Platform to Metrc's Customer Success team.
• Responsible for keeping Metrc's Data Dictionaries up-to-date and published.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present actionable insights.
• Manage analytical projects and ensure timely delivery of results.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in data to inform business strategies.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Embodies Metrc's Leadership Principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, coordination, or a similar role.
• 1+ years in cannabis industry or cannabis industry-adjacent experience
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data.
• Experience with Snowflake or other relational databases is preferred.
• AI and Machine Learning experience a plus, basic understanding required.
• Heavy Microsoft Excel experience, Visio a plus, proficiency with the remainder of MS Office suite.

Salary Description $60,000 - $70,000
