Data And Technology Manager - TEKsystems : Job Details

The Data & Technology Manager is responsible for overseeing data integrity and technology.

This role involves leading data analysis efforts, ensuring the accuracy of

employment data for rankings, and serving as the primary contact for technology

systems used by the center. The position requires collaboration with various

stakeholders to enhance data reporting and technology utilization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data analyst team and serve as the primary contact for Symplicity software.
• Ensure the integrity of employment data submitted for rankings.
• Track and compile comprehensive employment data for programs.
• Prepare documentation for external audits and oversee the audit process.
• Develop standard operating procedures and project plans for reporting projects.
• Prepare monthly dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.
• Conduct training sessions on technology use for staff.
• Evaluate new technology to improve interactions.
• Respond to inquiries and consult with user groups on data management needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or masters degree in a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in statistical analysis and database management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization software.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with Qualtrics and advanced data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of internal systems such as Symplicity and Handshake.
• Experience in information systems auditing.
