Data Center Program Manager - Apex Systems : Job Details

As a Data Center Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for online services, including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting service incidents and managing assigned projects to meet service delivery objectives.
• Escalating issues to appropriate stakeholders to remove obstacles.
• Following safety policies and procedures and participating in root cause analysis (RCA) of incidents.
• Collaborating across various teams and providing mentorship by sharing best practices.
• Coordinating metro data center visits, ensuring visitor safety and security, and managing associated programs.
• Executing strategic visions, adhering to safety protocols, and participating in improvement processes.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent AND 1+ years of industry experience OR 2+ years of industry experience and college coursework
