Data Center Technician IOnsite, Hermiston, OR, US9 – 11 Months on W2 through EXPERIS.Pay rate: $28.33/hr.Our client is seeking Data Center Technician to join their team. As a data center technician, you are a primary resolver for your support team, skilled at troubleshooting and resolving most complex hardware infrastructure issues.**Seeking candidates who are comfortable working both day and night shifts.Top 3 Mus have hard skills:Hand on experience with computer tech/ parts | 1 yr. of experienceEducation on how computers functionFast learner retains knowledge.Responsibilities:You will create and maintain documentation on technologies you support and can effectively pass down knowledge of these technologies to junior staff.You have basic to intermediate system administration skills and, where applicable, can take on remote system administration tasks working in a virtual team.You can automate tasks with scripts when necessary. You work autonomously to resolve most support issues.You can execute small projects on your own, and work with your manager in planning and executing larger local projects.You act as the initial escalation point for junior technicians.Preferred previously Worked / build computers experience.You understand all aspects of the equipment you support.
