• Experience 8+ years for Bachelor's 6+ years for Master's Education -Worked in at least in 2 multi-quarter data engineering projects.
• Worked in decentralized teams and projects.
• Formally mentored at least 3 individual contributors.
• Built high performance, scalable data products.
• -Drove technical design end to end of at least 3 data engineering projects.
• -Initiated, socialized and executed upon at least 3 non-trivial changes that benefited the larger engineering community.
• Bachelor's or Master's or equivalent experience.
• Technical degree preferred.

Functional/ Technical Skills

• Has a good understanding of organizational strategy, architecture patterns and technology choices and coaches the team in execution in alignment to these guidelines.
• Has a good understanding of data modeling, schema design patterns and modern data access patterns (including API, stream, data lake) and coaches the team to execution against industry and organizational best practices and standards.
