Fincantieri Marinette Marine, a Fincantieri Marine Group Company, is a progressive shipyard specializing in building ships for the United States Navy. We currently have an opportunity for a Performance Reporting & Control (PRC) Administrator at our Marinette, Wisconsin location. POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for multiple duties within the Performance Reporting & Control (PRC) group as outlined below. This position relies on one's ability to perform multiple tasks as needed to maintain compliance within set guidelines and time-tables in support of the monthly business rhythm through the electronic entry of personnel and labor information into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool. Accomplishing these assignments is crucial to the work flow & scope being performed by all levels within the company but primarily by the Finance and the Production Planning and Control (PP&C) Departments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Work well in coordination with office mates for the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Prepare, validate, and distribute Manufacturing and Salaried Performance and Overtime reports as assigned.
- Prepare, validate, and distribute Manufacturing and Salary rosters, including the updating of Area Manager Personnel work sheets.
- Entry of employee status changes (new hires and terminations) into the ERP (Baan) system.
- Provide accurate answers in response to questions asked in regards to Baan information.
- Posting of Actual Hours from the ADP timekeeping tool into Baan.
- Entry of Manufacturing, Outsourced, & Salaried labor parent items into Baan.
- Maintenance of data tables within Baan, including Foreman Codes.
- Entry of Manufacturing, Outsourced, Salaried, and Level Of Effort labor progress and estimate-to-complete values into Baan.
- Frequent interaction with all levels of operations.

- High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of related experience.
- This requirement can also be met with an Associate's Degree in a Business Management or Business Analysis field and 1 year of related experience.
- Must have strong Microsoft Office Suites computer skills. Experience in MS EXCEL data manipulation is a plus.
