Hours - 6:30am-2:30pmWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Health Information Technician to support storeroom operations in a secure healthcare setting. This position focuses on medical inventory management while providing occasional administrative support. Candidates must be comfortable working in an environment with incarcerated individuals and are required to wear scrubs during all shifts.Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and track inventory using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.
• Order, receive, and stock medical supplies; resolve order discrepancies.
• Perform cycle counts, monitor stock levels, and remove expired items.
• Coordinate with suppliers and assist with returns and replenishments.
• Provide administrative support, including answering phones and handling supply requests.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with inventory procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience in inventory, storeroom, or supply chain roles preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic reporting, inventory tracking).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working around incarcerated individuals.
• Must wear scrubs as standard attire.
