Data Entry Associate - LaSalle Network : Job Details

LaSalle Network has partnered with the world's largest nephrology group committed to providing doctors and care staff for people with kidney disease and uncontrolled hypertension. They are seeking an energetic, personable Data Entry Associate to join their team in Oak Brook, IL. Data Entry Associate Responsibilities:

• Inputting patient information, including demographic, billing and insurance details, into the Acumen (NextGen system)
• Handling other miscellaneous data entry tasks provided by the supervisor
• Entering in patient information into the Acumen system including demographic, billing and insurance information
• Creates and maintains accurate electronic medical records
• Ensure accuracy of billing submissions for inpatient, dialysis, office and vascular care services
• Checks status of unpaid insurance claims in a timely manner
• Ensures patients eligibility and insurance verification
• Documents verification of insurance and other activities as appropriate in the collection notes

Data Entry Associate Requirements:

• Must be vaccinated for COVID
• 1+ years of data entry experience
• Extreme attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work alone as well as with a team
