Peoplelink Staffing Solutions , in partnership with a local Logistic company in Romulus is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team! Logistics Customer Service Data Entry Clerk

• The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the daily contact with customers and assists with freight quoting and routing.
• Monitor inbound/outbound emails and monitor phone activity.
• Assist the team with quoting and routing requests.
• Assist with general Freight Forwarding customer support inquiries in a high-volume requirement.
• Customer service focus we serve a wide variety of customers, both internal and external, and building relationships is a part of our culture!

* 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding or customer service/operations/supply chain/logistics industry * Quoting and routing experience preferred * Must be proficient with Microsoft suites * Excellent verbal and written communication skills *Excellent attendance. *Ability to read and match words and numbers. *Reliable transportation *High School diploma or GED required. *Ability to write and read English and do simple math. *Ability to pass drug test and background requirements- no felonies for any theft or smuggling related crimes.
