Job Description
- Data entry, copying, filing, using MS office Software (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.),
- Operating office equipment
- Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
Skills Required
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic, positive attitude and a team player mentality.
- Experience in warehousing, inventory, logistics, construction or some combination of.
- Professional Communication with co-works, department and visitors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of office equipment, printers, fax machines
- Must be a positive, pro-active, strong team participant that quickly builds relationships.
- Demonstrate strict confidentiality and sensitivity when handling critical information shared with management
- Experience planning meetings in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines, sometimes at short notice, and be able to work overtime as required.
Education/Training/Certifications
- High school diploma and at least two (2) + years of related experience.
