We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to support our FP&A Department. Summary: Primarily internally facing position combining data entry and customer service support. Works along with the sales/pricing teams for the achievement of accurate daily pricing updates. Provides help on system and transactional questions for sales team. Responsibilities:
  • Receive price maintenance updates by email.
  • Enter, update and maintain various types of data in databases or systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Regularly review entered data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, and correct any inaccuracies.
  • Handle confidential or sensitive data with care, following company guidelines and data protection regulations.
  • Update existing pricing models in various systems including following specific rules while pricing updates.
  • Help Management develop and execute process and efficiency improvements.
  • Interact with the Pricing team, Sales Reps and Sales Managers as well as co-owners in other departments as necessary.
  • Responsible for retrieving data or reporting from pricing systems and sending out to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Assist Pricing and Sales management as needed/requested with feedback, guidance, and suggestions on projects, changes, and programs to grow the business at D&H.
  • Perform additional work-related duties as assigned.
Requirements: •High school diploma or GED required. •1 to 3 years of office or data entry experience. •Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) of programs required. •Professional verbal and written communication skills. Why Should You Apply?
