Responsible for reviewing and processing customer return requests that come into a shared inbox Validating that return requests are within the company's return policies Checking serial numbers and product information in the system Communicating with customers to approve, reject, or request additional information on return requests Entering approved return requests into the system Will work closely with returns reconciliation team to coordinate on any post-return issues or discrepancies We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Required Skills & Experience 4-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role can substitute for lack of degree o Or minimum/internship experience with associate or bachelors degree Basic Excel skills for data entry and processing Ability to understand and apply return policies Attention to detail to validate serial numbers and product information Strong communication skills to interact with customers Nice to Have Skills & Experience Bachelors degree Experience working with shared inboxes and processing customer requests Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
