Headquartered in Sedalia, Missouri, with locations across several states, we invite you to share the power of a smile and join our team!Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Data Entry Clerk to support our accounts receivable process. This is a part-time position with primarily on-site responsibilities at our corporate headquarters in Sedalia, MO, but with the flexibility for occasional work-from-home arrangements if the need arises. In this role, you'll perform essential billing functions, assist with related month-end tasks, and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of data processing.Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Accurately input and verify information from job tickets into Studio Desktop.
  • Invoicing: Verify and correct job tickets in the accounting system before generating invoices.
  • Month-End Support: Assist with basic month-end close duties, contributing to the team's efficiency and success.
QualificationsRequirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED/HiSet).
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong communication skills (oral, written, and nonverbal).
    • Proficiency in computer skills, including spreadsheets and Google Suite.
    • Problem-solving ability and analytical thinking skills.
    • Ability to build positive relationships across diverse populations.
    • High energy, enthusiasm, and self-motivation.
